EXCHANGES/RETURNS
BLACK FRIDAY RETURN POLICY:
- Sale items are eligible for a store credit only or exchanges - no refund.  If you wish to make a request for a store credit or exchange, it must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 4-5 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
- Faulty Items: If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our team at support@byneilvernon.com with your order number and images of the fault.
STANDARD RETURN POLICY:
We want you to love your NV pieces, so if you do wish to make a return or exchange for any reason, here is what you should know:
We may be able to accomodate exchanges if we have the sizes in stock. Please email support@byneilvernon.com to enquire about an exchange! If you wish to make a request for a return, it must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. The initial shipping charges are not refundable. If you are returning items from an order that was eligible for free shipping, the initial shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund.
The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any pieces that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Garments that have incurred any makeup stains or the smell of perfume will not be accepted. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued.
Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
To process a return, please email support@byneilvernon.com with your ORDER NUMBER in the subject.
We will process returns within 4-5 days of receiving the item(s) and notify you if your return is accepted or declined. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank. All refunds will be sent back to the original payment method.
All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

In the unfortunate event your piece arrives damaged, please send us an email at support@byneilvernon.com with your ORDER number and a picture. Once we have approved the defect, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email along with further instructions.
