BLACK FRIDAY RETURN POLICY:

  • Sale items are eligible for a store credit only or exchange - no refunds.  If you wish to make a request for a store credit or exchange, it must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Faulty Items: If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our team at support@byneilvernon.com with your order number and images of the fault.

We want you to love your NV pieces, so if you do wish to make a return or exchange for any reason, here is what you should know:


Exchange Policy 
Subject to the following requirements:

  • Eligibility: Notice must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any pieces that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Garments that have incurred any makeup stains or the smell of perfume will not be accepted.
  • Process: Please email support@byneilvernon.com with your order number and ‘EXCHANGE’ in the subject line.
  • Cost: Customers will need to cover the return shipping cost. We will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item(s) back to you.

Returns Policy

Subject to the following requirements:

  • Eligibility: Notice must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any pieces that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Garments that have incurred any makeup stains or the smell of perfume will not be accepted.
  • Type: Full priced items can be returned for a refund to original payment method or a 110% store credit.
  • Cost: All returns incur a $6 processing charge. Customers will need to cover the return shipping cost.
  • Process: Please email support@byneilvernon.com with your order number and ‘RETURN’ in the subject line. Let us know in the email if you would like a refund or store credit.

The initial shipping charges or any duty costs are not refundable. If you are returning items from an order that was eligible for free shipping, the initial shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund.

We will process returns within 4-5 days of receiving the item(s) and notify you if your return is accepted or declined. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank. All refunds will be sent back to the original payment method.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

In the unfortunate event your piece arrives damaged, please send us an email at support@byneilvernon.com with your ORDER number and a picture. Once we have approved the defect, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email along with further instructions.

Once your parcel arrives in your destination country, DHL or your local postage courier will contact you directly with an invoice if any customs duties or taxes apply.

If customs charges are not paid, your parcel will be returned back to us, and the following will be deducted from your refund:

  • The original shipping cost
  • Return shipping cost
  • USA customers - Local customs do not permit the refusal of payment for duties and taxes. These charges will still apply even if you choose to reject your parcel upon arrival. Should this occur, the cost of duties and taxes will be deducted from your refund.
