The Everything Bag

• 100% Genuine Leather. Please note that because this is soft leather, the bag will have creases and ridges. As you wear the bag in, this will stretch and soften into a smooth material.

To keep the leather clean on an ongoing basis, use a damp cloth and ensure it’s dry before storage. Use leather conditioner to retain shine.

Never use regular soaps or cleansers as they will remove the oils used to protect the leather.

Our shipping costs do not include any import tax or customs duties which may be imposed on delivery to your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid any surprise costs, contact your local customs website to learn more about the duties that apply in your country.

Once your parcel arrives in your destination country, DHL or your local postage courier will contact you directly with an invoice if any customs duties or taxes apply.

If customs charges are not paid, your parcel will be returned back to us, and the following will be deducted from your refund:

• The original shipping cost
• Return shipping cost
• USA customers - Local customs do not permit the refusal of payment for duties and taxes. These charges will still apply even if you choose to reject your parcel upon arrival. Should this occur, the cost of duties and taxes will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are subject to a return fee and may be accepted upon request within 7 days of receiving your order.
